Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks.

• Support residents in maintaining independence through social activities.

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being.

• Follow individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely care records.

• Adhere to health, safety, and infection control standards.
