Key Responsibilities:
Help residents with personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
Work with nurses to observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
Maintain a caring, safe, and inclusive environment for all.
Encourage residents to engage in social and recreational activities.
Keep accurate records of care provided, per organizational policies.
Follow health, safety, and infection control guidelines.

Requirements:
FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (minimum 3 modules).
Experience with intellectual disabilities is desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
