Key Responsibilities:

• Help residents with personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.

• Work with nurses to observe and report changes in residents' conditions.

• Maintain a caring, safe, and inclusive environment for all.

• Encourage residents to engage in social and recreational activities.

• Keep accurate records of care provided, per organizational policies.

• Follow health, safety, and infection control guidelines.

Requirements:

• FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (minimum 3 modules).

• Experience with intellectual disabilities is desirable.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Garda Vetting clearance required.
